How do I install the progammer only?

I have raised this elsewhere, but I think it should be in it's own thread :) I know this should be simple but it is driving me slowly mad. I have been using Quartus web package for a couple of ...

Hi there..

No reason at all for using 10, just that is what's currently available on the Altera web site... In fact I develop on 9.1 and I am quite happy with it.

Is there a way to lay hands on v9.1 programmer only code??
