How can I simulate in Modelsim with mif file?

I use megawizard to create a RAM module ,and put initial data in it using mif file. Then I wrote a testbench to simulate the RAM in ModelSim. However, in my simulate it seems the RAM is not initializd. The RAM is empty. So I wonder how I can simulate the RAM with initial mif file?
