How can I get a copy of the Quartus II software version 9.0?

I am using a APEX20KE FPGA.

According to the Quartus II Handbook version 13, I need a Quartus II software version 9.0.

And the APEX device has been removed from the Handbook after Version 9.0.

I search of this version 9.0 of the software, but I am not able to find it in the Intel website.

Can someone help me locate a copy of the version 9.0 software.

In addition, I think I will need the installation guide and a Quartus II Handbook version 9.0 as reference.

Please help, thanks!

    The CNDA is a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). It is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship with Intel. An CNDA may also be referred to as a confidentiality agreement.

      My company contract representative will contact with Intel representative to establish an NDA.

      Our company contract will not use outside NDA.

      In order to move forward, it is the best to provide me Intel Contract contact info.

      So that the contract personal can resolve and execute mutually agree NDA.

      Please help provide.
