How can I get a copy of the Quartus II software version 9.0?

I am using a APEX20KE FPGA. According to the Quartus II Handbook version 13, I need a Quartus II software version 9.0. And the APEX device has been removed from the Handbook after Version 9.0. ...

    Our company contract will not use outside NDA.

    In order to move forward, it is the best to provide me Intel Contract contact info.

    So that the contract personal can resolve and execute mutually agree NDA.

    Please help provide.
