Help in converting pin assignment on CYCLONE II to CYCLONE IV

hi,

i have a problem when i try to set up the pin assignment in my project in cyclone IV E EP4CE115F29C7

this is my pin assignment in cyclone II EP2C35F672C6:

then i convert to cyclone IV E EP4CE115F29C7.

    It would probably be easier to use the pin planner rather than the assignment editor, you will see more easily if you are using valid pins or not.
