Global assignements

I trying to get Quartus to acknowledge the dual FFs I have implemented for CDC, and is seems like my assignments have been accepted 

But, when running compilation I get these warnings

But, in the compilation report / Fitter / Ignored assignments section they are not mentioned.

What can be the cause of this?

    I believe I have found the reason for the issue. The reset signal is distributed into several submodules, and CDC was done locally in each submodule. After moving CDC before distribution, the violations related to the signals listed above, disappeared...
