generating .blif netlists

Hello,

I'm trying to work with QUIP (Quartus university Interface package) and the docs claim that I can generate .blif netlists from tcl commands.

However, these TcL commands aren't recognized by quartus at all.

I have tried to download and install earlier versions of quartus (6) but it doesn't seem to be compatible with windows 7.

Does anyone know of a workaround for this problem?
