free programmer

Hi everybody, excuse me for the simple question...but is it possible to programm a "Serial configuration device" only with free programmer and quartus II web edition?  thanks in advance  Marco

Hi Marco,  The answer is 'Yes'. You can use either the stand-alone programmer OR Quartus Web Edition to do it.
