For some reason, whenever I open an IP Parameter editor on my home PC, the IP Parameter editor wont open. I cannot edit any IP. Is that normal?

I downloaded the latest JAVA and still experiencing the same thing.

How come there are no message explaining why it closes?

If that didn't fix it, I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling Quartus.
