For some reason, whenever I open an IP Parameter editor on my home PC, the IP Parameter editor wont open. I cannot edit any IP. Is that normal?

I have a license for Quartus Prime Pro Edition 18.1 and I made a companion license for my other PC at home.

If that didn't fix it, I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling Quartus.
