Fobid the dialogue box

Every time when I open Quartus, a box open saying "Can't connect to the Altera web site to check for updates -- check for your Internet connection and/or browser settings".

I do not want My PC connect to internet and I'm tired of that. Anyone will do me a fevour to forbid that?

    In the menu: Tools > Options > internet connectivity > startup > Check the altera website for license updates at startup
