Flash Programming without SDK

I'd like to use the nios2-flash-programmer utility on a machine that does not have full NIOS SDK installed. Is there something freely available from Altera that would let me do this? -Kevin

Thanks, Jake. However, when I use the nios2-flash-programmer command, it shows that "jtag_client.dll" does not exist. It seems that "jtag_client.dll" is also needed to be included in the same fold.
