FIR Compiler II MegaCore Function not as easy as FIR Compilier

Hello, I've been using the FIR Compiler in Quartus 9.1 and now I'm moving to Quartus 12.1 and FIR Compiler is not available only FIR Compilier II. After looking at FIR Compiler II I feel it is not as user friendly as FIR Compiler I used in 9.1. Does anyone feel the same? Seems to me that in order to get it to work you must load your coefficients in but the other knobs I don't know how to configure.
