files reordered when opening quartus project

Hello,

I have been busy with making a project last friday, today I wanted to work on that. But all I got was a quartus screen and it send me to this page: http://www.altera.com/support/kdb/solutions/rd03142013_686.html?xy=infobutton_sev111_wn

I have run the tcl script and it says it has run succesfully, so I try to open the project, still nothing happens. I have also downloaded and installed the patch in the link. I don't get if I have forgotten a few things, or if the script only tells you wheter you have a problem or not. If I don't have a problem, than why doesn't it just open my project?

I almost think it is easier and faster to just make a new project and be done with it, but if it happens again, I want to know how to fix it. Obviously this wasn't the fix.

I hope you get what problem I'm having and that someone here is able to help figure this out.
