Fatal Error Optimizing Altera Project

Hello, I keep getting this error message each time that I execute and i can’t fine where is the problem. I’m using windows 10 and version 21.1 of Quartus.

    You probably need to contact Terasic. That's not Quartus. Unless you can open the design in Quartus and compile it manually there.
