Errors: Quartus II 9.0 with my full license.

I have my IT guy just installed my full license and try to recompile my project with Quartus II 9.0. But I still get this file generate after DemoA_time_limited.sof. So my questions: Does t...

Thanks. Yesterday, I got it works by changing the license from FLOAT to FIX.

Now, I'm be able to program my sof file, but I have other problem on C2H side. When I try to run my program on C2H, I get this errors.

Using cable "USB-Blaster [USB-0]", device 1, instance 0x00.

Pausing target processor: not responding.

Resetting and trying again: FAILED.

Leaving target processor paused

I thought I have a C2H full license too.
