Errors in Quartus II 10.1

I just "upgraded" from Quartus II 9.0 to 10.1, and now I have two new errors which were never there before. First, whenever I click the new project wizard, I get the error "Quartus II settings ...

Thanks for the help, that solved the problem!

Pretty dumb bug -- how could you give optional installation components without testing that the program still works without them?
