error while creating BSP file in NIOS II (13.1)

I am trying to form a multiprocessor system using Quartus 13.1 and NIOS II 13.1. I am following the guidelines mentioned in tt_nios2_multiprocessor_design_v1. However strangely enough everytime I tried to form a project in NIOS II , after giving the SOPC info and CPU name, its showing some error in creating the bsp file. I found out in some previous discussion that its been asked to use Run As Administartor to overcome this problem while working with NIOSII. Hence I tried that , but to no avail. However I am not facing this problem while creating any other project in NIOS II. Can anyone please suggest something to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
