Perhaps you've solved this already - I hope so. If not, these errors imply you have signal naming mismatches between the ISP1362 i/f and the signals you're trying to connect them to. Without more detail it's not easy to interpret the errors completely. You could consider posting some code...

If you're still stuck you might want to consider downloading Quartus 7.0 - it's still available. Should be enough to get you going. Link below
