error on quartus prime pro 23.4 during analysis and synthesis

i am using quartus prime pro 23.4 for years and it works well. but recent days, it always report error when i tried to compile my project. the error reported some files or folders are used or locked ...

will you please check the Antivirus Software and add the quartus prime pro software and its folders into the exclusions?
