error on quartus prime pro 23.4 during analysis and synthesis

i am using quartus prime pro 23.4 for years and it works well. but recent days, it always report error when i tried to compile my project. the error reported some files or folders are used or locked by other process so the app can't go ahead. I doubt the error was caused by the Antivirus Software. but i can't modify any setting. will you please check the Antivirus Software and add the quartus prime pro software and its folders into the exclusions? i was very confused and it blocked my work. this are errors reported by quartus. i tried several ways, clean the project, or delete the dni folder under the project. it can run successfully with 10% possibility.

i also copied some errors i met as below for your information. please help to check. thanks in advance.

    >Please note that this action may require assistance from your company's IT team, as we do not provide direct support for antivirus software configurations. Our recommendation is to temporarily disable the antivirus and observe whether the issue persists, which can help determine if it's the root cause.

Additionally, could you try running the same setup on a different machine to see if the issue is reproducible?
