Error: Failed to refresh PTF file

Can anyone please tell me how to resolve above mentioned error. I am new to SOPC builder. When I am trying to generate SOPC system. I am getting following messages: Info: Starting PTF file elab...

If you are under Win7 or Vista system ,you should shutdown the function of UAC.
