EPCQ64A DIE MARKING

We have received a board from an unknown supplier with an EPCQ64A DEVICE WITH WINBOND MARKING ON ITS DIE. DIE LOT 2032,AND ANOTHER WITH DIE LOT 2124. Can it be a counterfeit ? Or perhaps Altera /Int...

Can you take a snapshot of the top marking and send to us?

We can verify the unit is genuine or not by the datecode number.

Altera/Intel AS flash devices have always been OEM products. Intel should be able to check if EPCS64A device analyzed in above posted report is genuine product.

I can confirm that Winbond flash is fully operational as EPCSxx replacement.
