Enhanced mode SFL

I'm using the Mega-wizard to add the SFL and noticed check box "Use enhanced mode SFL".

I can't seem to find any documentation about this on Altera website. What features does enhanced mode offer?

Target = Cyclone III. Using Quartus 8.1
