i want to creat a memory so that i can update the memory content for each clock cycle for read and write operation can any one help.

Honored ContributorYon can use the megawizard to create a dual port RAM component. If you prefer to use HDL you can use one of the examples in the guidelines (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/qts/qts_qii51007.pdf?gsa_pos=6&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=hdl).
