DSP Builder Standard 19.1 download link not working

Based on Vector Software recommendation for their FPGA solutions, I am trying to download DSP Builder Standard 19.1 software from the below link, but it doesn’t work at the time of writing this post:

I tried this link on our company network and outside network. Both give me below error:

I don’t know if this link is decommissioned. I need "DSP Builder Standard 19.1" version because its compatible with the other vendors latest software's I use

Please can you provide alternative link or method to get this file.
