I understands that the DSE is not working and stuck at 0% using Quartus 22.1 Lite Edition in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

How about Quartus 23.1 Lite Edition? Do you have the chance to test whether the DSE works in ubuntu 22.04 using Quartus 23.1 Lite Edition?
