Downloading core

I am trying to add a DDR controller to a project for the Cyclone III demo board. Runnign the megawizard plug in manager leads to a webpage without download or contact instructions. Here is my process:

1. In Quartus II select teh MegaWizard Plug-In Manager

2. Expand IP Megastore-...-Memory Controllers-DDR SDRAM High Performance Controller

3. Click next, popout box gives option to download core

4. Clicking download leads to (sorry link removed, I dont have enough posts to put a link in the message )

5. What is the next step?

I am using Quartus II Version 11 on Windows 7.
