Does SOPC support for Cyclone-V device family?

Does SOPC support for Cyclone-V device family? I want to generate a system using SOPC only, for Cyclone-V Device family but I am unable to get Cyclone-V option while selecting device family in SOP...

In short: NO. And SOPC will be removed in future versions of Quartus II. Use QSYS instead.
