De2-70 quartus problem

Hi

i have de2-70 board and i found DE2_70_v.1.4.0_CDROM/DE2_70_demonstrations.

My quartus version is 11.1 216 web edition.

my problem is:

i try to open these sample projects. on quartus they are openning. But i want to medify using sopc builder. when sopc builder is opened, it gives errors. i tried same things with quartus 9.1 but result is same.
