DDR3 Controller for Micron Part no MT41K512M8RH-125E

Hi, we are using bittware S5PHQ- PCI Ethernet card. it has stratix V device and micron DDR3. In Quartus ver 15.1 , we couldn't find the DDR3 controller for micron part no MT41K512M8RH-125E. Quartus support max MT41(k/J)256* series. is any alternate controller for this part no.

what is solution for this

    HI,

    I presume you are referring to the Micron preset available the UNIPHY DDR3 IP.

    There is no way for DDR3 IP to list down preset for all available SDRAM vendor and type in the market.

    So, the workaround will be to check out the DDR3 SDRAM datasheet and key in the SDRAM parameter in the DDR3 IP manually.
