Agreed. Even with that workaround, you still have to disable driver signing on bootup in the F8 menu. But I got mine working... in fact I just used my USB-Blaster yesterday to load an EPCS64 from my Vista 64 machine. It's just super annoying that we have to disable driver signing every time the machine boots up.
