Convert .OLB to ASCII .MIN format for import into PCB design package that isn't OrCad

my employer doesn't have an OrCad license, but another PCB layout/schematic tool that only accepts the ASCII equivalent (.MIN) format. However, the symbols and pin layouts (/patches/pcb/EP2SGX30.OLB and /patches/pcb/EP2SGX90.OLB) are available only in .OLB format. Unzipping the files next to those (/support/software/download/pcb/pcb-pcb_index.html) didn't help either.

Would it be possible to get those in a different format, more specifically .MIN?
