Chinese character in Quartus ii 10.0

Hi,

I found that Quartus ii 10.0 has solved some of very serious bugs remained until Quartus ii 9.1.But it will change all of the note in chinese into ????.I hope it will be improved in newer versions.

    Hi everybody,

    When I run QUARTUS 9.0sp2 SOPC builder at windows xp, IPs window in the middle of the SPDC builder, is empty and if I minimize the window and open it agai. I can see it. but I still can not see the connection window and there is problem when I do something like scrolling bar opening combo..

    Could anybody help me? Because I can not connet IPs at SOPC builder.
