Change unused pin attribute with ECO

Hi, Does someone know if I can change unused pin attribute, from tri-state to tri-state w/ weak pullup, with ECO? Thanks,

I'm not aware of a method to access unused resources in property editor. If it exists, each unused pin has to be edited individually, which seems to be long-winded operation.
