Can't get Block Diagram Toolbar Back

I was working in Quartus II 9.1sp2 Student Edition earlier today, and accidentally hid the toolbar in the Block Diagram file where you can add text, zoom-in/zoom out, etc. Is there a way to get it back? I have not seen a solution anywhere, and would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks!

    Tools menu -> Customize block editor : check the "block editor" box
