Bus Error while booting FPGA Hardwaare

We use "10AS048E3F29I2SG" (Arria 10) device.

While booting the fpga hardware, in serial prints following bus error is coming

Fail: noc_idleack = 0x01110111 mask_noc = 0x00100111
Kernel image @ 0x008000 [ 0x000000 - 0x4fd948 ]

Plz analyze the issue.Whether this is hardware or software issue?

    How did you build your bootloader?


    Also, could you share your full booting logs?


    Which version of Uboot are you using?


    Have you had successful logs in the past for this board?

      Hi,

      We are using U-Boot 2014.10 version.

      Full booting logs have been attached.

      We had successful logs in the past for this same arria 10 device

      Kindly give a solution for this asap.
