Bug in Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 - ALTPLL MegaWizard

Hello, in the recent version of Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 the MegaWizard of ALTPLL is broken. It crashes when Tab "3 Output Clocks" is selected. Either directly or by clicking next.

Its frustrating but I was able to solve this when used 64bit binaries from previous version of QP - I used the suggested solution above. Hope you solve it until they provide support on the next version...
