Bug in Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 - ALTPLL MegaWizard

Hello, in the recent version of Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 the MegaWizard of ALTPLL is broken. It crashes when Tab "3 Output Clocks" is selected. Either directly or by clicking next.

This issue is still persisting using 23.1 lite on windows 11
