Bug in Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 - ALTPLL MegaWizard

Hello, in the recent version of Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 the MegaWizard of ALTPLL is broken. It crashes when Tab "3 Output Clocks" is selected. Either directly or by clicking next.

I'm having the same issue. Converted a project from Quartus 22.1 to 23.1 and now the Megawizard crashes every time i want to edit the output clocks of the ALTPLL ip.
