Board Test System doesn't work with Quartus II 12.1 sp1

Hi,

Board Test System give java.lang.Exception: No USB Blaster detected. My board is Stratix V 5SGSMD5. I am using USB Blaster II.

I have seen some solution in this forum to use external USB blaster or roll back to older version of Quartus II (12.0) to solve the problem.

But is there some way to get Board Test System work with USB Blaster II + Quartus II 12.1 sp1 ?
