BOARD TEST SYSTEM (cyclone iii starter kit) doesn't detect USB Blaster (win 64bit)

Dear altera users,

I have Cyclone III FPGA starter development board

OS: windows 64 bit

Config1:

I have installed

0) cycloneIII_3c25_start_v12.0.0 (Board System Test tool)

1) 12.0sp1_232_quartus_free_windows

2) USB-Universal-Serial-Bus-Altera-Altera-USB-Blaster

Quartus programmer sees USB Blaster but the Board System tool doesn't recognize the Board

Config2:

I have installed

0) cycloneIII_3c25_start_v12.0.0 (Board System Test tool)

1) 12.0_178_quartus_free_windows

2) USB-Universal-Serial-Bus-Altera-Altera-USB-Blaster

Neither quartus programmer nor Board System Test recognizes USB blaster

Config3:

I have installed

0) cycloneIII_3c25_start_v12.0.0 (Board System Test tool)

1) 12.0_178_quartus_free_windows

2) 12.0sp1_232_programmer_windows (stand alone programmer)

3) USB-Universal-Serial-Bus-Altera-Altera-USB-Blaster

    Sorry, I complete the result for config 3 :

    Quartus programmer sees USB Blaster but the Board System tool doesn't recognize the Board

    Dear friends,

    I just found a problem may be it will help : The board should not be plugged on USB3 port ! I have plugged the board on USB 2 port, an now the Board test tool detects the Board, but I don't know wether I can perform all test (specially the Sram read/write access)
