Avalon MM "sniffer" connections in QSYS

ModelSim can compile the montior_1.v but can't load it ... I get this error below.

I guess I need to figure out how to get monitor_1.v into a library and how to include the library into the lst to be searched.

I would have thought this would be automatic , but must be missing something.
