Automatic debug logic insertion has failed

When I open a previously compiled normal project for compilation using Quartus18.1 Pro on Windows, this problem suddenly appears. The error message is “Automatic debug logic insertion has failed”...

I reinstalled the Quartus18.1 Pro and it compiles normally without error message. Thank you.
