assign pin location for dc motor in quartus 2 v8.0 for altera flex10k

hi, i would like to ask..how to assign pin location for my dcmotor coding..i was gonna do a parking gate motor, but the coding no finish yet..this coding can only be used by the motor to rotate left ...
