"Application & BSP from Template" Solution!

I have straggled for days with simply trying to create an "Application and BSP from Template", my first Hello_World application. It would create the BSP but not finish creating the job. The solution:

-Open NIOS II - Eclipse by right-click > go to properties and select administrative privileges to open ! You have to do this every time you open Eclipse or Quartus .:)
