Anybody notice abnormal memory usage in Quartus 12.1

I have similar behavior (with 32b and Cyclone IV designs), with 12.1 and 13.0 (all service packs). I can also sometimes monitor in the task monitor that, after I have closed Quartus, its memory usage increase with about 1MB/sec. I have to kill the Quartus process then.

Is this only one few systems or are a lot of people seeing this? Any workaround?
