Altera_reserved_tck timing violation

I am getting a timing violation on altera_reserved_tck in what is pretty much a nios standard design.

I'm using quartus II v7.2 sp1 and timequest

the problem occurs in some of the slow corner analysis

altera_reserved_tck -0.058 -0.058

-58 ps of slack does not seem like a big deal, but it is for an Altera signal and jtag is pretty slow. Is there some constraint I need to put on the jtag signal or some assignment settings?

    These ports can simply be ignored.

    All other jtag related ports can be removed from the "unconstrained ports" section by listing them as false paths.
