I have the same problem. Lost my Login-Info and there is no way to renew/reset
the password. There is no link for doing that.Have to use the single-use-passcode
all the time.
And yes, the support simply has closed the ticket. So I lost the access to all the
licenses of my company i once managed in the SSLC.
Really unbelievable !!!
Need urgent help.
