access to ampcrypt6 and amplic6 tools

Hello. 

I thought I contacted support but I was asked to post here to get technical support. We need to deliver an IP core to someone using Quartus 18.1 Standard edition. We need our IP core to be encrypted. As Quartus Standard does not support IEEE1735 V1 or V2, we would like to request access to the ampcrypt6 and amplic6 tools. 

I could not figure out what we need to do to get access to these tools, I am grateful for any assistance.
